The Account Aligned Delivery Excellence Project Manager drives Delivery Health via Consulting & Premier Service Delivery Methodologies to improve customers' experiences during the end-to-end delivery lifecycle with quality, consistency & repeatability. The role closely collaborates and maintains ongoing relationships with the Account Aligned Leadership team, Planning and Business Excellence teams, WW Delivery Excellence teams, and WW Services Program Owners.


  • Prioritize and drive customer value by performing delivery excellence activities

  • Implement consistent Delivery Excellence rhythms for an Area, Subsidiary, and/or District

  • Lead development of DE strategy for the Account Aligned areas by sharing and driving best practices to improve Delivery Healt

  • Manage and track specific delivery improvement initiatives within Account Aligned areas

  • Contribute towards analysis of delivery patterns, delivery insights and prioritization of improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain healthy delivery practices within Account Aligned customer portfolio

  • Maintain accurate dashboard of Consulting engagements within Account Aligned area

  • Implement and Govern an Area Delivery Excellence plan for Premier Services, Volta, and MCS Services.

  • Support customer satisfaction through enduring consistent CPE processes, sharing of best practices and remediation of LTTB returns

  • Drive adoption of Methodologies and Tools in Account portfolio

  • Support landing of Methodologies and Tools changes within Account Aligned areas, in collaboration appropriate teams

  • Drive adoption and use of Delivery Excellence Dashboards, Virtuoso and Unicorn to drive Delivery Health

  • Drive capturing of important delivery metrics related to Premier Net Efficiency, Profitability, Quality, Risks and customer acceptance

  • Act as voice of the Account Aligned areas, in driving Methodology & Tools improvements

  • Collaborate with SBD, Domain DE team and Domain stakeholders in maintaining seamless delivery management practices across life cycle of One Services delivery portfolio   People Leadership & Management

  • Actively participate in Management Community. Mentor Area leaders in Delivery Excellence

  • Act as a role model for values, ethics, professional conduct and belief in the Microsoft culture

  • Drive the culture of learning, best practice sharing, First time right, quality mindset and customer obsession across delivery communities ​


  • Strategic thinking with the proven capability to contribute and execute a delivery strategy that resulted in quality customer outcomes

  • Strong customer management experience

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, providing leadership by example, and an inspiring vision for driving future in a matrix environment

  • Experience with diverse services business (Consulting, Premier and Offshore) functions is a definite plus
