VF Corporation Allocator in Belgium

Job Description

VF Corporation and Eastpak are actively recruiting for an eCommerce Allocator. This role is based from the brand's Global Headquarters in Bornem, Belgium.

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility in monitoring our stock levels to drive and exceed our eCommerce and concessions financial results. You are also responsible for sales and stock reporting. You assist in seasonal assortment planning for our Direct To Consumer (DTC) channels.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

As a key member of the buying team you will be responsible for:

  • All in-season stock replenishment for our DTC channels according to budget

  • Work on re-allocation of stock between DTC channels to achieve optimal stock balances

  • Work with online merchandiser in order to maximize sales

  • Analyze reports to measure progress & identify future needs

  • Preparation & distribution of weekly/monthly reports including commentary for management

  • Assist buying manager with the selection and forecast for our DTC channels including, eCommerce

  • Executing sale/clearance strategy by preparing discounts & outlet

  • Maintaining stock levels

  • Ad hoc projects and sales analysis

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

  • Minimum 1-2 year experience as an allocator and stock management preferably in an eCommerce environment

  • Excellent PC skills – specifically Excel

  • Strong analytical & planning skills

  • Experience in the apparel industry would be beneficial

  • Fluent in English, any other European language is an asset

  • Passionate, work on own initiative trying new approaches

  • Excellent in time management, problem solving, attention to detail and communication skills

  • A team player, sharing skills and ideas to ensure the best outcome for business and the team

  • Able to efficiently and effectively work with third parties
