What will you do on a daily basis?
You will work on engagements related to employee benefit matters, involving a wide range of corporate clients. We covers domains such as Solvency II, modeling, model validation, IFRS (including IAS19), actuarial reporting and of course employee benefit consulting.

What do we expect of you, as a consultant at EY?

You build strong internal relationships within EY, both within Advisory and with other service lines across the organization.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for motivated individuals with a track record as an employee benefit advisor in a professional services and/or financial industry environment. The ideal candidate will have:
Strong academic background (Master degree in Actuarial Sciences)
Between 4 and 8 years of professional experience in an actuarial-oriented position, ideally with a first exposure to consulting
A solid understanding of accounting issues related to employee benefits matters
Fluency in Dutch and/or French and a proficient level of English
Excellent communication skills
Experience in programing (Microsoft, R, etc.)
A global mindset, and the drive to work in international teams, across border!
