Payroll & Benefits Administrator


AsPayroll & Benefits Administrator you are responsible for the timely andaccurate administrative follow up of the HR Benefits, Benefits Reporting,general personnel administration and payroll processing. You are part of theGrimbergen Payroll & Personnel Administration Team and report to thePayroll & Benefits Supervisor.


  • The operational follow up related to extra-legalbenefits such as insurances, company cars, stock purchase plan, pension funds…;

  • Provide relevant reporting for the HR departmentand management;

  • Management of applications and granting ofeducational leave;

  • Administrative support in international employmentrecords;

  • Follow up on individual personnel changes and masschanges in the HR information system, including the follow up of thoseafterwards;

  • Salary administration, input in time registrationand/or payroll systems;

  • Follow up of general HR administration such ascontract and addendum administration etc..



  • Bachelor degree or equal by experience;

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (written and oral) - knowledge of French is an asset;

  • You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, (Access));

  • You are a team player and you distinguish through your punctual work, reliability, discretion, customer focus and independency;

  • You have a good knowledge of social legislation or you are willing to develop on this area.
